We are so excited to be getting married at the stunning Casa de Campo Resort in the Dominican Republic (located about 1 hour from the Punta Cana airport). We can't wait to celebrate with our closest family and friends there with us.
To make things simple, we have pre‐reserved rooms at Casa de Campo with a special ALL-INCLUSIVE rate for our group. We are working with Kathryn Potter at KP Travel Group to coordinate our group rate and events.
There is a three night minimum stay in order to get the preferred rates that the hotel as offered us. We recommend staying from Friday April 26th through Monday April 29th, but of course you are welcome to stay longer.

Our special rate includes the ALL-INCLUSIVE package at the resort.

• International lunch at Lago, a la cart lunch at La Caña, Causa, Chilango, beach food trucks.
• A la carte dinner with included beverage and bar service at 5 included gourmet restaurants.
• Daily unlimited room service (delivery fee applies on room service) plus all daily snacks and beverages.
• Unlimited alcoholic beverages at 5 restaurants, resort bars, lounges, Minitas Coco Mar.
• Nightly live entertainment at La Caña bar.
• Unlimited resort and in room WIFI.
• Golf touring cart for each room – holds 4 passengers.
• Concierge service to assist with reservations and all personal requests.
• Nightly turndown service with personalized pillow menu options.
• Complimentary in room Nespresso coffee machine.
• Complimentary return shuttle service to golf courses, The Marina, Minitas Beach and Altos de Chavón.
• Unlimited horseback riding at our equestrian center (reservations required).
• Unlimited use of the fitness center and tennis courses (personal trainers available for an additional charge).
• Unlimited use of non-motorized water sports and snorkeling gear at Minitas Beach.
• Gourmet food trucks and all-inclusive Coco Mar beach bar included at Minitas beach.
• Unlimited WIFI available at Minitas beach and our included restaurants.
• One (1) round of ¨Skeet - Trap¨ shooting experience (one -1) time per adult during stay.
• Children’s rates include participation in all age-approved daytime activity programs.
Your package rate also includes ROUNDTRIP SHARED AIRPORT TRANSFERS between the Punta Cana International Airport and resort.
We have worked with our travel agent Kathryn Potter to negotiate a great group rate and pre-reserve rooms for the group. These rooms are reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking with the group will ensure that you are officially recognized as part of our wedding events. Our group rates also include round-trip transportation in the Dominican Republic (when you fly into the Punta Cana airport).
We have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms on your behalf and kindly ask that you work with Kathryn for your resort booking.
We have pre-reserved rooms for the travel window of April 25-30, 2024. You may arrive and depart when you'd like, but please note that the resort requires a 3 night minimum stay.
Space is not guaranteed after these rooms are filled; the sooner you make your deposit and reserve your room, the better. Early RSVPs help us determine if we need to add more rooms to the room block.

Your reservation & room deposit is due by November 1, 2023
Your final room payment is due by January 3, 2024
While we ask that you book your room with our group (with Kathryn), you are welcome to book your own airfare however you'd like. If you book your own air, kindly forward the confirmation to Kathryn no later than February 28, 2024. This is how Kathryn schedules your (included!) transportation in the Dominican Republic.
